Karine Costa first captured the spotlight as the lead voiceover singer for the French versions of some of the world’s most iconic animated films, lending her unforgettable voice to Aladdin, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Cinderella II, Bambi, Pocahontas, and Tinkerbell.

Beyond the big screen, she also sang as a backing vocalist for numerous cartoons, her voice became a staple across Europe through countless radio jingles, including Cherie FM for twenty years and television commercials, resonating with millions of listeners. She also performed in major festivals and collaborated on the musical landscape of Disneyland Paris, bringing her voice to live audiences and enchanting park visitors with the magic of Disney.

In 1995, she released her debut record, the French soundtrack for Disney’s Princess Jasmine Ce rêve bleu, a duo with the late Daniel Levi, which soared to over 300,000 copies sold, leaving an indelible mark on an entire generation of French Disney fans. Building on this success, she followed with the pop album Seventeen, showcasing her versatility and establishing herself as a recording artist in her own right.

Today, based in Los Angeles, Karine’s voice continues to delight audiences on both sides of the Atlantic as she performs in English and French, bridging cultures and captivating listeners across continents.
